Name: Blues, DLN 000
Series: Mega Man (Archie Comics)
Canon Standing: Before being found by the Wily Robot Masters in the Amazon
Age: A... few years? Dunno, they never tell you. But he looks to be a teenager and he has the mentallity of someone in the late teens early adult-range.
Birthday & Astrology Sign: July 23rd, Leo.
Arcana: The Hermit
Personality:
Blues, being a robot, should have a basic personality that wouldn't grow much. But Light wanted to bridge the gap between humans and machines, thus Blues' programming is much more complex than that. That and after being activated Light took Blues out to see the world, or as much as it as he could in the city near Light Labs. Thus with Light Blues was a happy young man, gaining a love for music and having a wee bit of a cocky rebellous side (what with telling Light "I can handle it" during the weapon test).
It's entirely possible that Blues is still like that but, after being heart-broken by the one person he trusted the most? He decided to avoid interacting with others as much as possible. Which actually makes it so he's not to good at communicating with others, at least on a personal level. The few times Blues does talk to others, that we're shown, he speaks bluntly but avoids giving details if he is uncomfortable about the subject.(IE: after Wily saved him and tries to pry into why Blues left Light Blues simply states he doesn't want to talk about it)
It's also odd because we're shown that his inner thoughts are actually very deep, and well spoken. In his own head Blues is actually a really smart young fellow. He just has no skills at expressing his thoughts.
Expressing emotion is easy though, as Blues can be a happy young man but with how things have gone lately in his life? He's fallen into a sort of blank faced indifference, with a few intances of emotion. Like being upset when he returned to Light Labs only to see Light happily embracing Rock and Roll, or being pleased/happy with his life choices when it finally is his time to "die".
Or to put it more simply, Blues can come off as a pouty teenager from the outside, but on the inside he's a deep thinker.
Oh and he helps people, because he's a good guy like that.

Oh wait, there is barely anything there.lol on-going canon what do. ANYWAY, what we know of darling little Blues' history thus far is this.
Dr. Light and Dr. Wily were contracted to build a fighting robot by a government, which one? Probably America. ANYWAY since Wily is not allowed to work on advanced robotics Light did most of the building and thus made the robot look very human-like. And have one bitching pomp. And he named it Blues, who upon waking up was all "what now" and Light was all "You have data, let's give you some culture my boy!".
And then Light took Blues out and about to see the world, like walking down streets with shops and seeing a scarf he likes, that Light bought him, feeding animals, going to music things in the park and shading his eyes from bright things and thus getting a pair of sunglasses from Light as well. Life is pretty awesome leading up to the combat test!
Except things don't go so well at the test, which starts off pretty well. Heck Blues is all "I got this :D" about it. Until the second phase of the test where something goes wrong and Blues gets wrecked and Light stops the test. The army guys are all "well that's good, but maybe something simpler would be better" and Light gets his commission but Blues isn't gonna be the robot the army gets. Instead the Joe line will be born from that. But hey, that's not what happens next!
Blues pretty much ends up waking up on a recharge table tohis two daddies fightingthe Doctors arguing over what had happened to him. Which was his Solar power core seems to have been installed wrong, which Wily points out wouldn't have happened if he had done it, and he also points out that fixing it could wipe Blues' personality completely. Light is all "nope, nope, I'll make sure that doesn't happen" and Blues is trying to say something about what he wants but Light, being the self-righteous dickbag he can be, is all "no go back to recharge and I'll figure this out for you". Which earns a grumbled "but what about what I want" from Blues as he leaves the two Doctors.
Later at night, whilst Light is having a video phone call thing withhis girlfriendDoctor Lalinde re: the problems with Blues, Light says something really fucking stupid and dickish. Like how he'd like to reprogram out Blues' rebellious streak. And guess who was listening into that conversation? If you guessed Blues, YOU'RE RIGHT. Of course Lalinde is all "you don't mean that" and Light says she's right, but too late Blues doesn't hear that part and the tear-eyed robot shoves as many E-Tanks as he can carry into a bag and runs away from home. But not before smashing a picture of him and Light, together all happy family like, in his upset state.
So leaving home, determined to live what is left of his life as Blues he takes off into the world. Which doesn't go so well since there aren't any other robots like him and he really doesn't feel he has a place among humans. So he decides to keep to himself.
... Which doesn't happen, cause Blues is a good guy deep down and he ends up helping a lot of people all around the world. Mostly cause it's family with kids, fathers and mothers who could have lost their sons and daughters. And he's usually left before they could thank him, but it has not done any good for his power core. In fact he quickly reaches death's door, so to say. And it actually around the time of Wily's attack with Time Man and Oil Man. Or at least close enough to the end of it. As Blues finally kinda realizes, HEY. Maybe Light wasn't going to let him be completely re-programmed. In fact Blues realizes that Light, his father, does care about him. So he should be able to go back to Light and be fixed.
Not die. With that hope in his heart Blues makes his way back to Light Labs, climbing up to the roof to see if he can find Light and seek forgiveness for how much of a fool he was years ago but...
ALAS that is not to be, as Blues happens to see Light with his new children. Rock and Roll, hugging and being happy and yanno... Not needing Blues around. Blues leaves, shattering the sunglasses he had gotten from Light all those years ago, thinking himself a fool for ever returning. And now accepting his fate, that he will die, instead of spending it sulking Blues seeks a suitable place to die in.
And he just happens to hear about Lanfront ruins via a new cast on a TV he wanders past, where it is mentioned that all electronic equipment ceases to function in the area. Blues, thinking of it like a machine graveyard removed from humans and pretty much everyone else, makes his way to the Amazon. It's a tough journey, since even "sleep" doesn't help keep his energy reserves filled, but he is determined to make it.
Which he does, he made his choices, to leave, to travel, to live as he wanted to and to die where he wanted to. Which just happens to be right by the car Wily abandoned when the Doctor traveled there earlier and it had ceased working. And so, whistling one final tune Blues shuts down apparently not due to his power core failing but from Ra Moon's power. Not that Blues knows this.
And then Quick, Flash, Magnet and Shadow show up, cause he set off a perimeter alarm. But yanno. I'm taking him from before that stuff.
Canon Powers:
Blues is a robot, the first robot of his kind to be exact. Which comes with a lot of pluses but also minuses. But let us go over the pluses!
Blues is a combat robot, so with that comes being stronger than the usual normal every day 'bot (there is a scene of him holding a bus by it's bumper so it doesn't fall off a cliff, take that as you will) and also having an arm canonpow pow!. Also normally Blues is in his "armor"[PHYSICAL] which consists of a grey body suit with a red belt and red gauntlets and boots.
He can remove it, or at least the gauntlets, and wear normal clothes. In fact he can pass as for a human kid even when wearing his armor, since he doesn't have a helmet to hide the more human features of his. Like his hair, which can hide his eyes no matter what. No seriously it can, up until he puts on sunglasses then magically his eyes and up are no longer shaded!
Blues' arm canon actually has no name, all we know is that is a proto-type to what is wielded by the Sniper Joes and is quite possibly the proto-type to the Mega Buster. It fires small concentrated blasts of energy [LIGHT], he can use it with either hand just not both at the same time and that's about it.
The minus is actually pretty big, since it's Blues' power core. Using too much energy drains it quickly and pretty much marches Blues towards death. It can be fixed, of course, but only by someone who knows what they're doing.
Canon Weapons|Items:
Just his arm canon and armor, which are listed in his canon powers.
Canon Allies:
